What I learned…

  1. Muscle composition
    • 75% lean body mass
    • Build lean body mass, not reduce it by having a calorie deficiency (while burning calories)
  2. Food & Income
    • Cheap sources of protein, carbs, fat
    • Services
    • Membership fees, ea/ month (Professional Coaching +$)
  3. Heart Rate
    • Too high for this age. Must reduce heart rate to natural range of around 90bpm
  4. Balance
    • Right leg = weaker than left
    • Core balance needs work
  5. Routine (Linked here)
    • To optimize recovery, separate exercises
    • Pull, push, core exercises
    • Schedule (Mind the balance):
      • Fri – Upper body? > Triceps, shoulders,
      • Sat – Core exercises
      • Sun – Lower body?
